AppSetNetDev（以下「当社」）は、iOS／iPadOS アプリ「DamashiOS」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本アプリは、映画やドラマで見られるような 「偽のOS画面」「偽の警告ダイアログ」演出を、舞台・映像制作の小道具としてキュー単位で再生する ためのアプリです。

1. 基本方針

本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。 ショーやキューの内容、取り込んだ写真などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存 され、当社のサーバーへ送信・保管されることは一切ありません。iCloud を含むクラウド同期も行いません。 本アプリには、解析・広告のための第三者SDKは一切組み込まれていません。

3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス

本アプリは、「証拠写真」および「検索・照合」の画面演出でユーザーが選んだ写真を表示するために、 写真ライブラリへの読み取りアクセスを求めることがあります。選択した写真は端末内の本アプリの 保存領域にコピーされるだけで、外部へアップロード・送信されることは一切ありません。これらの 機能を使わない場合、写真ライブラリへのアクセスは発生しません。

4. アプリ内購入

本アプリの一部機能は、Apple の StoreKit を通じた買い切り（非消費型）のアプリ内購入でアンロック されます。購入手続きは Apple 側で処理され、当社が氏名・支払い情報などを取得・保存することは ありません。購入状態は設定画面の「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。

5. 外部ディスプレイ出力

本アプリには、USB-C–HDMI ケーブルや AirPlay を使って演出映像を外部モニターやプロジェクターに 出力する機能がありますが、これは映像の出力のみであり、データの送信や収集は行いません。

6. 解析・クラッシュ情報について

本アプリには、Google Firebase などの第三者の解析・クラッシュ収集 SDK は組み込まれていません。 お使いの端末の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > 解析と改善」で「Appの解析をデベロッパと共有」を 有効にしている場合、Apple の仕組みにより匿名化されたクラッシュ状況や利用状況の概要が当社に提供 されることがあります。これは Apple 自身の仕組みによるものであり、本アプリが独自に情報を収集・ 送信するものではありません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特に子ども向けに設計されたものではありません。

8. データの保存と削除

ショー・キュー・取り込んだ写真などのデータはすべて端末内に保存されます。アプリ内でショーや 写真を削除するか、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで、関連データは削除されます。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で 告知します。

Privacy Policy

AppSetNetDev (“we”) provides this policy for the handling of user information in the iOS / iPadOS app “DamashiOS” (the “App”). The App plays back the kind of fake OS screens and fake warning dialogs seen in movies and TV, as a cue-based prop tool for stage and film productions.

1. Overview

The App requires no account or sign-in and makes no network connections at all. The shows and cues you create, and any photos you import, are stored only on your device and are never sent to or kept on our servers. There is no cloud sync, including iCloud. The App includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs of any kind.

3. Photo library access

The App may request read-only access to your photo library so that a photo you choose can be shown in the “Evidence Photo” and “Search & Match” screen effects. Selected photos are copied only into the App’s own storage on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted anywhere. If you do not use these features, the App never accesses your photo library.

4. In-app purchases

Some features are unlocked through a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase processed via Apple’s StoreKit. The purchase itself is handled by Apple; we do not collect or store your name, payment details, or other payment information. You can restore your purchase at any time from “Restore Purchases” in Settings.

5. External display output

The App can output the on-screen effect to an external monitor or projector via a USB-C–HDMI cable or AirPlay. This is video output only; no data is transmitted or collected as part of this feature.

6. Analytics and crash information

The App does not include any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, such as Google Firebase. If you have enabled “Share With App Developers” under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, Apple’s own system may provide us with anonymized crash and usage summaries. This is a mechanism provided by Apple itself; the App does not independently collect or transmit any such information.

The App is not specifically directed at children.

8. Data storage and deletion

Shows, cues, and any imported photos are stored on your device. Deleting a show or photo inside the App, or uninstalling the App, removes the associated data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
